At Kratos Barn, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below to understand our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

  • Domestic (Canada): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Kratos Barn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
