Shipping Destinations

We ship to Canada, the United States, select European Union countries and countries across Africa. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we ship to you. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery takes 10-15 days. This is an estimate and can vary with your location, carrier delays, or customs processing for orders shipped outside Canada.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website, or use Track Your Order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. See our Refund Policy for what happens if an order never arrives.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
