At Kratos Barn, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, digital products, and items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If rejected, we will contact you with the reason and discuss next steps.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
